What’s Cookin’ – Muffins

chocolatemuffins

Muffins, who doesn’t love them? I cannot imagine life without them; you can make a muffin with anything. From fruit, chocolate, nuts, oatmeal, spices, cream cheese, tea, sweet-potatoes, zucchini, carrot,Β corn and even bacon. The possibilities are endless and for the most part likely delicious!

I enjoy mine with a cup of tea anytime of the day; they always bring me immediate comfort while eating them. I especially adore a warm one from the oven involving chocolate in some capacity.

Breka Bakery, Arbutus Coffee, Whole Foods and JJ Bean have some really great ones in Vancouver. If anyone else has a favourite place in Vancouver please share!

Do you have anyΒ much-loved recipes? Is there a bakery or cafΓ© that sells your favourite muffin?

    1. Variety is always good, I would make both muffins and freeze some.
