Muffins, who doesn’t love them? I cannot imagine life without them; you can make a muffin with anything. From fruit, chocolate, nuts, oatmeal, spices, cream cheese, tea, sweet-potatoes, zucchini, carrot, corn and even bacon. The possibilities are endless and for the most part likely delicious!
I enjoy mine with a cup of tea anytime of the day; they always bring me immediate comfort while eating them. I especially adore a warm one from the oven involving chocolate in some capacity.
Breka Bakery, Arbutus Coffee, Whole Foods and JJ Bean have some really great ones in Vancouver. If anyone else has a favourite place in Vancouver please share!
Do you have any much-loved recipes? Is there a bakery or café that sells your favourite muffin?
1. Sea salt and double chocolate (Displaced Housewife)
2. Vegan banana pecan (Joy the Baker)
3. Corn (Smitten Kitchen)
4. Savory with prosciutto and chives (The Kitchn)
6. Healthier cinnamon oat streusel(Lovely Little Kitchen)

The chocolate sea salt muffins look awesome! I’m a chocolate girl all the way, although I migt have to try out those cinnamon-oat-heathy-alternative muffins too 😉

Variety is always good, I would make both muffins and freeze some.
Thanks for visiting!
