Not sure about the rest of you, but I love granola! I could eat it all day which would result in major weight gain with all those calories. Instead I end up topping my yogurt with it or mix it in my oatmeal for a bit of crunch. There are quite a few variations of granola; I mean probably thousands of recipes to choose from. Some are healthy as they claim to be and most are tasty but very high in calories. I personally like both, and will eat them in moderation. I’ve rounded up a few recipes out there that are from both worlds and easy to make. Also remember that you can take any of these recipes and put your own spin on it and substitute different ingredients, have fun with it!
