Weekend Recap

Hi everyone,

It’s Monday and I’m at work thinking about how great of a birthday weekend I had!

Friday night Curtis and I enjoyed dinner at The Oakwood. We are loving the new menu, everything was really delicious! We ordered some plates to share, burrata, sablefish and pork neck, enjoyed them all.

Curtis planned a surprise party for me on Saturday night. First surprise party anyone has had for me and I loved it! We ate at Belgard Kitchen, and then continued to The Diamond for drinks afterwards. This is where I spotted Bono from U2, and ended up not getting a photo with him. Oh well it was just cool he was sitting 30 feet away from us.



Yesterday was a lazy day due to celebrating late into the night and enjoying the cocktails too much. You only turn 30 once right?! Pretty sure the dogs didn’t mind all the cuddling and lounging around.

This week will be a busy week with homework, other projects at home and the long weekend! Pretty excited for the long weekend, we plan on going for a drive to the states.
