Herbs in cocktails is one of my new favourite things. Adds such a depth of flavour. Whether they’re muddled, infused, or simply snipped for a pretty and fragrant garnish, fresh herbs make a wonderful addition to summer cocktails.
A perfect pairing is gin and thyme, thyme adds that woodsy scent and flavour to the drink. My Thyme of Your Life cocktail mix is a perfect drink for that Saturday afternoon. You can also put on Dirty Dancing if you really want to elevate the experience 🙂 Who doesn’t want to drink and watch this classic film with Patrick Swayze?
Also check out my other cocktail recipe Act of Union for a different vibe. It’s one of my favs!
You can enjoy this cocktail all year round, it’s refreshing and a little tart. I snacked on salted nuts with herbs and a little arugula salad while sipping this one.
Herbs are great for all kinds of stuff especially deinks
Beautiful photos. I’ll have to remember this for our next dinner party.
This sounds yummy. I can see how the rest of my holiday will be spent: warming up with these cocktails!
sounds like fun!
Beautiful pictures…so refreshing too
thanks Manal!
Gin + thyme and lemon = just what I need this weekend. Yum!
Great cocktail! I love flavored simple syrups.
This is just beautiful. I might even try it without the gin. I sometimes love tonic water in the morning
This looks simple to make and really delicious! I love cocktails that aren’t full of tons of garbage!
me too. especially when they load it with sugar or premixed crap
Thyme is my favourite too, will definitely try this ASAP! Cheers!

Thanks for sharing! Definitely sounds like it’s worth a try. Beautiful pictures.
Oooh this sounds so refreshing on a hot summer’s day (which would be today, in fact, for me!). The photos that you have included show this post off to perfection. Love the suggestions of adding herbs, gives it a nice twist.
This is a variation on a drink I love made with Rosemary. I can’t wait to try your version for something out of my normal libations!!
R.I.P Patrick! I love trying new fancy cocktails but I haven’t had much luck with herbs…often the taste is too harsh for me or they taste like flowers to me. I may have to give this one a try. Thanks for sharing it.
thanks dia. give them a try, i had one with smoked rosemary infused last night. delish!
Yummy and pretty too!
I love Thyme!
Great photos and post! So pretty and delish sounding!
