The last few months I’ve been hitting the gym a few times a week plus working out at home. I follow these Instagram fitness influencers for workout inspiration, that share workouts for each area of the body, from shoulders to glutes to side booty! It’s so helpful, plus easy to follow along.
I am in no means an expert, so following these women and their routines for each body area or full-body really guides me. Gives me that confidence, and since my gym has free wifi I’m able to watch the posts while I’m lifting weights or doing floor exercises.
Sure, there are far too many accounts on Instagram that show off unrealistic ideals of health and fitness. But there are also lots of regular people who post workout photos, videos, and tips that are down-to-earth and maybe even inspiring. Those are who I follow!
I’m only showing a handful of the Instagram fitness influencers I follow. They all offer free workouts on their Instagram feeds which is amazing. I actually found her on Youtube and then started following her Instagram. She has bomb workout plans and even great Youtube videos. Unlike many of her Youtube counterparts, Whitney’s videos focus on her inspirational fitness routines and healthy lifestyle, rather than endless product reviews. Which I loathe.

Love her workouts and she also has a workout subscription program Tone and Sculpt App that’s popular, similar to the BBG one. Includes meal plans and week by week schedules. I haven’t bought it or anything, but love to follow her Instagram posts. She makes strength and resistance training approachable for both beginners and even pros.

I’m not sure what her last name is but she shares great workouts, I love to use her back ones and she posts creative exercise ideas that you can do anywhere.

She focuses on booty workouts that really work your glutes. Love them! She also highlights full body stretches and how incredibly important it is to stretch all the body out not only before and after workouts but also on off days.

A fellow Canadian who shares a multitude of workouts and also has a Youtube channel. They’re all easy to follow along. She’s an Online Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about teaching you how to find balance and freedom from food while still losing weight.
