Friday Roundup: October 28
A few more sleeps till Halloween! We don’t have any parties or events this weekend, I just plan on watching a couple of creepy movies and chilling on the couch. I of course included a couple of Halloween themed links for today’s Friday Roundup. Might include animals dressed up in costumes haha.
I will also be stopping by the Vancouver Home and Design Show to grab some inspiration. We also have plans with friends tonight, there is a place called Storm Crow and you can play board games while enjoying drinks. It’s a win win and a really chill evening.
Other than that, house and blog DIY projects are also in our weekend plans. If you follow me on Snapchat or Instagram, you would have seen sneak peeks in my stories. I picked up some supplies and can’t wait to show you the finished results! All projects are ones that you can gift to friends or families this holiday season or just use around your own home.
Oh, has anyone else watched the series Black Mirror on Netflix? Wow, are they dark episodes! The first one in season 3, is really sad and I hope our world doesn’t turn out like that. We just finished episode three and needed a break. Too dark and creepy.
And it was a pretty quiet week around the house, visiting the dentist (my favourite part of the week, NOT), working out, watching TV (Westworld, Vice News, Chance, Black Mirror, Glitch, The Chew, I love The Chew so don’t judge me!), working on the blog and snuggling with Piper.
