Friday Roundup: November 15

Happy Friday!!! I’m particularly excited because in 3 days we are off to Palm Springs for our babymoon! Cannot wait for 30-degree weather, sunshine, poolside lounging and just wearing clothes without a winter coat on haha.

The last couple weeks have been busy, went to a couple of events, lots of food, my vintage VW beetle broke down the other night (easy fix though thank goodness!), and went to the Circle Craft market.

We also took a quick trip to Tofino last week! Spent our week at the Long Beach Lodge Resort, lucked out with terrific weather considering its storm season. T-shirt weather one day! IN NOVEMBER. I will be sharing a post maybe next week on this trip plus a vlog. It’s one of our favourites places to go for a relaxing getaway. You can see my other posts under my Tofino section on the blog.

And this week I popped into Maison Birk’s flagship store in Vancouver. They have released a few new collections this fall, including a beautiful natural pearl collection that’s pretty affordable, some new bridal jewellery and of course more diamonds!

This weekend I have some campaigns to shoot before we leave, the usual running around before a trip (blog post on that another time) and I’m just finalizing my holiday gift guides. Stay tuned, those will be rolling out next week.
