Well April went by quick! Today is the last Friday of this month and we go into May! Wow, I have so much to do this month haha. Just booked our venue for our wedding and we set a date for next year.Β We will be together just over 9 years when we get married! Where did the time go?Β Then I have to get onto booking the rest of our vendors etc. Photographer, florist, event planner, cake person and an officiant. I alsoΒ just completed my third week at work. So that means, yes another Friday Roundup! It’s one of my favourite posts to do each week, I really like to recap our weekend and share great links I found during the week.
This weekend, Curtis and I plan on finishing prepping our patio for summer, getting that BBQ up and running, helping my brother move, give Piper a bath (super exciting!), I have so much blogging stuff to do, and like a million other things on my to do list. Just when I think I’m about done, I add another 30 items. Anyone else have this ongoing problem? I bet everyone! I probably actually have 6 lists going, 3 in my phone and 3 others on paper and checklists. I feel it keeps me sane haha.
Also don’t forget to check out my easy vegan, gluten-free raspberry chia seed pudding recipe! Make it this weekend, hell make it tonight for tomorrow morning! I also have a big hankering for fluffy pancakes and berry compote with a side of bacon. Don’t ask, I blame Instagram.

The potatoes – wow! And the ads vs. reality was really funny!
I am very interested in the Dyson Hair Dryer. I think they make great products and I would love a dryer that creats less frizz.
