Friday Roundup

friday roundup strawberries a life well consumed

friday roundup strawberries a life well consumedYay! It’s another Friday Roundup because well it’s Friday! This weekend I’m a food judge at the Imagine 2016 Fundraiser on Saturday night! Pretty excited to be a part of that and be on the all-female judging panel 🙂 Tonight, I’m off shopping with my mom after work, and then probably will watch a couple episodes of House of Cards before bed. Curtis and I love that show, probably means that we are twisted haha.

I also want to catch some natural light for my cocktail recipes I’ve been planning. And I’ve been procrastinating and need to start some wedding planning. That’s right, I have literally done nothing so far! But after some pep talks with family, and downloading a checklist, I feel I can get on track. Anyone have any tips or suggestions for a Palm Springs wedding? We are flying down beginning of April to look at our short list of venues, but I want to also check out bakeries, florists and whatever else I need to. So any suggestions would be great!

What are your plans this weekend? Anyone else binge watching House of Cards? What shows are you currently watching? I love to hear recos!

And in case you missed it, Best Foods for your Skin, February’s Monthly Beauty Buys, 5 Tips for Gorgeous Brows and Hibiscus Aperol Negroni.

  1. I hope the Fundraiser went well! I couldn’t get into house of cards but I have been told that I need to watch it when I can pay 100% attention and I’ll be into it . I’ll be honest when I tried it was not getting my full attention. I am loving The People vs. OJ on FX right now.

Japanese Kit Kats? Always wondered about those but since I’ve never had Matcha anything, I’ve never tried. . . But maybe I will, now that I’ve read that article.
