What a week! First I was battling insomnia, four days in a row with minimal or no sleep. I do not wish that upon anyone! The weather in Vancouver also just plain sucks, rain with a chance of rain. Palm Springs cannot come soon enough! We are going down in April to check out wedding venues and take in some much needed sunshine! It was also a busy week at work, and I am relishing that it is finally Friday! This week’s Friday Roundup includes a few great links to read this weekend.
Our plans this weekend are to see a movie, take in the Home & Garden show, attend an opening for a tea house,Β work on recipes for the blog, tackle a couple of house projects and I really desperately need to organize my closet. Phew! Drinking wine and eating good food are among those plans of course.
What are your plans? Any movie recommendations?
In case you missed it, recipes this week were Candied Blood Orange Chips with Fennel and a Roasted Poblano & Lime Sauce Queso Fundido!
And I also posted over at Luvo last week. A few tips on how to celebrate self-love. Something we tend to forget about.
