Hi everyone,
If you follow me on social media you may already know I’m on a fitness/health kick. I’ve signed up for Barre, aerobics at the community centre and have followed a clean eating planΒ (for the most part). Using a Fitbit daily has also made a huge difference, it allows you to keep track of your calories, sleep, weight and step count. I’m addicted to mine and wear it daily. It really holds you accountable on your daily actions and keeps me on track.
I want to share a few sites, social media accounts and where I work out with you and hope it helps inspire you to follow!
1. The Daily Method
I fell in love with this class the first time I took it. TheyΒ have locations in Vancouver in Dunbar area, Kitsilano and White Rock. It’s a great, fun workout that focuses on alignment and strengthening. Plus that hour goes by fast!
2. Blogilates
I’m currently doing theΒ 30 day Butt Lift and Thigh Slimming challenges and boy are they working! I also ordered the PopPilates:Β Flat Abs FastΒ DVD and they are all easy workouts.
3. Fraiche Nutrition
Tori Wesszer is a registered dietician, a foodie and her recipes are all delicious!
4. Skinnytaste
Gina Homolka blog is all about this simple formula of exercise + a well balanced diet + good sleep = a happy life. I’m all for that!
5. Cookie and Kate
This blog is all vegetarian and vegan recipes, great for those meatless days!
6. Oh She Glows
Angela Liddon’s blog showcases vegan recipes that are photographed so beautifully you want to rush home to make it. She also had a great cookbook that I recommend.
7. Instagram accounts that I follow for inspiration on sticking to my goals
Shauna Harrison, Ph DΒ – She posts daily workout challenges and it varies from weightlifting, bodyweight andΒ yoga.
Cassy Ho of Blogilates – This is an extension of her website and she posts challenges, recipes andΒ dailyΒ inspiration.
Daily Routine Fitness – Rachel Doell posts videos andΒ recipes daily.
