Firstly, I want to say Coco Village kindly gifted Rowan this dollhouse and some accessories! I’ve bought items from their site before, she has a balance bike for Christmas (featured in my gift guide) I bought her in August, and then they reached out to gift her the dollhouse. This review is of course sharing my honest opinions.
I spotted this dollhouse months ago, it’s very cute, a mid-century and minimalist combination of aesthetics. Rowan can play with it easily on the floor since it’s not too high, easy to access the rooms and she can even incorporate small toys she already has at home.
The dollhouse was very easy to set up, took a half-hour with screwing in all the sides and roof, and even Curtis made a comment about how sturdy it was.
I believe this dollhouse will give us years of imaginative play at home! Especially when she gets into smaller dolls and has friends over.
The only cons I can think of regarding the dollhouse is I couldn’t find any small dolls that aren’t the wooden shapes to go with it on their site. She does have other small figures from another playset and we will use those combined with the small wooden characters.
The price isn’t inexpensive, but it is made very well and I can see lasting for years! It’s more of an investment toy like a play kitchen.
Oh and it would have been cool to have little lights that turn on inside or on the porch…
You can use my code (ALWC10) for 10% off their site, and if you are considering ordering for the holidays, order before December 15 to ensure it’s under the tree!

So cute! Do you know if this dollhouse would be the right size for LOL dolls? They are 3 inches tall and Iβm trying to find a house that isnβt hard on the eyes to go with them! Thanks!
