The sweet orange juice in this blood orange Campari cocktail balances the slightly bitter taste of Campari to make a refreshing apéritif. It looks gorgeous and brings a splash of sunshine and summer to these Spring months. You really could use about any citrus fruit, but I like to use the blood oranges in season. Some specialty stores sell blood orange juice all year round, if you can find this then do use it.
I love this winning combo, it’s a match made in heaven. As you know we are big negroni fans, like my Hibiscus Aperol Negroni recipe.
A twist on the classic Campari cocktail.
This looks amazing! A friend turned me on to Campari lately, this looks like a great way to drink it!

That color is just fantastic! I think that’s what makes me want to make it more than ever.
We have a blood orange tree and I never know what to do with all those oranges. This is perfect!
