Beach Cover Ups

Hi everyone,

With summer fast approaching, some of us may be thinking of their swimwear and updating a few pieces. I shared a few swimsuits a couple of weeks ago on the blog and now let’s discuss cover ups. I look for a cover up that can take me to the beach or out for a bite to eat or drinks afterwards and a sporty fun cover up solely for the beach. I typically have 3-4 cover ups in my closet for any occasion and destination. I picked out a few cute pieces out this season, wishing I could add them to my closet but sadly I have enough for one person.

1. JCrew Sleeveless Beach Tunic in midnight floral
This would look great casually or sipping cocktails poolside. Plus that hat is really cute!

2. Victoria Secret’s High-low Cover Up
Sporty, comfy and low-key this would be fitting for the beach, lake or pool. Slip on some shorts and you could wear it out for drinks.

3. 9Seed Tulum Cover Up
This is versatile piece where you could even wear it out sans bikini. Dress it up with a few fun accessories and you have another outfit! It also comes in a few other colours that would suit anyone.

4. OndadeMar Zenega Beach Caftan
The colours on this caftan scream tropical vacation! Or even Palm Springs poolside at The Saguaro.

5. Pitusa Sun Maxi Dress
This dress is long and comes in fun colour combinations. I envision living in it all summer, wearing it to the beach, around the house, out for drinks or a bite to eat.
