My dream house would have a library room, which I know is something from the Victorian era, but hey I love books! When the book fair would come to school, that was one of the highlights of the year for me. So every season, I look forward to getting my hands on some of the popular books. I’m gonna share what I believe are the nine best books to read this Fall.
There are a couple of non-fiction, fiction, auto-biographical and biographies. Something for everyone, except children haha. Grab a book, find a quiet spot, grab a warm drink and get lost in the words. Oh and a couple are actually a couple of years old, not released in 2016. But sometimes you find a great book a little later than others. Right?
You can also see what I was reading this past Spring and what I read last summer.
A coming-of-age in the NYC restaurant industry story.
WWII in France through the eyes of two sisters. I feel like this is bound to be big and beautiful.

Some of NASA’s greatest mathematicians were black women, segregated from their white counterparts and known as “colored computers” during the Jim Crow era.
Chronicles 32 years in the life of a Russian aristocrat forced to live out his days in Moscow’s Metropol Hotel.

A weird, mysterious book store is the setting—complete with a new employee who begins to discover that the store may be more than it seems.
A friend JUST recommended the book A Gentleman in Moscow. I think it’s sign! LOL!
Hmmm…good list. Which would you say is gripping from the start?
Yay! I love finding new books to read! I am on my 12th book of this year. I have no idea how that happened.
I just took a break from reading A Gentleman in Moscow to come here, how funny! The writing is very beautiful and flowery. I love it! The Nightingale sounds wonderful from your brief description alone, and the one in the book store has piqued my curiosity! It’s the best season to cozy up with a book, so I welcome the suggestions!
You sound like my daughter, she even wants it so tall you have to use a ladder. You have some great choices listed.
