My second 2016 holiday gift guide is for the homebody. I love that one piece of new home decor can really make a change in a room. An instant refresh you can say without spending a gazillion dollars. I wanted to include a couple of larger items to smaller pieces for everyone’s taste in this year’s guide.
Personally, I want to own a Gray Malin print one day. I love his aerial and beach shots, plus his series with the Living Zoo at The Parker in Palm Springs. Curtis and I both have a sense of wanderlust looking at his prints. Who wouldn’t want to dive into that clear, blue Mediterranean sea?
A new rug can instantly refresh a room! We changed ours up last year (this one from West Elm) and it was like wow, what a difference. Even replacing your pillows, Β adding a new basket for throws or magazines can also add a bit more depth to your dΓ©cor.
Does anyone else browse Pinterest for design inspiration daily? Or subscribe to a million home design blogs? I just can’t help myself, it’s like eating a chip, can’t just look at one and move on! I so want an apartment in Scandinavia or a cool mid-century home in Palm Springs. Now if I only could win that lottery….
Anyways, if you have a special someone on your list, or treating you and your other half to a new dΓ©cor piece, this holiday gift guide is for you!
